Measuring Your Camera

First off, measure the diameter of the lens barrel outside to outside. This is the maximum width available to mount the lens on.

Next, measure the diameter of the lens area. Now compare your measurements to the ones listed below to see which ring will fit your camera. The outer diameter of the ring can't be larger than your first measurement and the inner can't be smaller than your second one.

As shown in the graphic at left, the large ring has an outer dimension of 27mm or 1 1/16 inch. The inner dimension is 22mm or roughly 7/8 inch.

The small sized lenses use a ring with an outer dimension of 22mm or roughly 7/8 inch; while the inner diameter is 17mm or 11/16 inch.
